LEAP took on the management of the Fuller Almshouse Charity in 2021. It then comprised just a sum of money resulting from the sale of Fuller House in 2013. The website aims to showcase the range of properties and services offered by LEAP and to lay out the management principles which operate for the sustainability of the charitable almshouse trusts managed by LEAP which support and maintain each property in LEAP's property portfolio for the benefit of the residents in perpetuity.

On 11 August 2023, the LEAP trustees unanimously agreed to accept the proposal from the Chelmsford United Charity representing the Mildmay Almshouses to become their corporate trustee effective from October 1, 2023.
