Complaints and the Housing Ombudsman

The Housing Ombudsman Service (HOS) looks at complaints about registered providers of social housing, for example housing associations, and other landlords, managers and agents, including almshouse charities. The service is free, independent and impartial. 

Any complaints raised by tenants or licensees of any almshouse charity linked to or managed by LEAP are handled according to the rules of the Housing Ombudsman Scheme, whether or not said charities are members or not of the Scheme.
